The catalogue for the exhibition at the Royal Academy in London between November 1987 and March 1988.  Pages 20-191 consist of introductions to the various aspects of Plantagenet art by scholars and experts, and the remainder of the book describes in detail each of the exhibits.  See below the contents list and also the short introduction by Jonathan Alexander. 

The book was also published in hardback, but very few copies of that edition seem to have survived.
