This in one of those unusual books where the English publisher has simply pasted on a slip of paper giving the publication details, while leaving the American publisher’s details visible underneath.Clearly a book owing something to the British post-war austerity – though the printing not being square on the page in the foreword is entirely the fault of the American publisher.
