Now out of print, even in paperback, though quite how long a paperback weighing 1.4kg would last is a moot point.  The high quality of the photographs means the book would probably be uneconomic to reprint.  Most copies of this hardback edition seem to have ended up in libraries – this is one of the few that did not.
