There is no actual sign on the covers or pages of damp marking, but the pages are all very slightly crinkled as if the book had been kept in a damp atmosphere. The book is printed on heavyweight glazed paper in order to reproduce the colour photographs, and if this paper gets damp it will stick to the adjoining pages. However, none of the pages in this copy have ever been stuck together.
