In spite of the somewhat American appearance of the dustwrapper, this is a history of a division of the British Army, mainly in the latter stages of the Second World War. The division operated both with gliders (as in the pictures) and with parachutes. See the description (below) from the dustwrapper flap.
This is an extremely detailed history, presented in tiny type in double columns (see specimen page below). Now out of print and, one would have thought, very unlikely to be reprinted.
