Originally published in 1899.  Recently reprinted in paperback by Hardpress Publishing and available at £18.95, though I cannot establish which edition they used.  (Most paperback reprints have to use pre-1924 editions for copyright reasons).

This copy is a proper sewn hardback and would be much easier to read.
