The publisher shows the book as ‘out of stock’ on its website, which may be a euphemism for ‘out of print’. Since the 2007 edition appears to have required a considerable number of subscribers (listed in an appendix) before it was issued, it would appear that the chances of the book ever being reprinted are fairly slight.
