If I had this book I would probably throw the dustwrapper away – see the picture of the book without dustwrapper below.  Annoyingly, this is one of those books Healthy Planet has vandalised with their green stamp – see the front endpapers below.

Still in print in an astonishing number of paperback editions.  This hardback is properly bound in buckram and will probably last another 60 years . . . .
