If you go to the Antique Collectors’ Club website (which has our award for the Least Easily Searchable Website), there is no mention whatever of the book. This leads us to believe that the book is out of print.  In view of the book’s lavish production standards and great weight, we believe it is highly unlikely the book will be reprinted in the foreseeable future.
