The book was compiled in 1952, but remained ‘classified’ until September 1961, when Paladin Press produced what they said was a limited edition of 1,000 copies. However, this copy is not numbered.
The only copy of this book for sale that we have been able to find was priced at £324, and that was a paperback. But we haven’t got the cheek . . . .
