Although the verso of the title-page and the dustwrapper say the publisher is Macdonald and Jane’s, the title-page itself says “Military Book Society”.
Long out of print, and because the book has to be printed on heavyweight glazed paper to reproduce the photographs it is almost inconceivable it would ever be reprinted.
