Much reprinted in paperback, by Wordsworth (which was a very cheaply-produced book, and falls to pieces, as mine has done) and by Penguin, though they have allowed the paperback edition to go out of print, and only now offer an e-book. Our copy is a proper sewn hardback, and will open flat, an important consideration if you actually want to use the book.
