The book is still in print, but only in paperback, with the title ‘Chaucer and His World’, at £19.99.  However, the publisher’s website gives the book currently in print the date of the first edition, 1978, and does not mention illustrations.   To us this indicates that you now get only the text, and this later illustrated edition is now out of print.
