Although this copy is published by the British Museum Press for BCA, both the spine and the title page mention only British Museum Press, and apart from the lack of an ISBN the book appears to be indistinguishable from the ‘trade’ edition.  Contrary to the information given by other websites, the book is now out of print, even in the paperback edition.
